I used Sicily Girl Balsamic over my favorite veggies, meats, hard boiled eggs, call me crazy but it is sooo good even vanilla ice cream ! A true taste of Italian culture.

Recently gifted Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Reserve. It is an outstanding burst of flavors as well as aromatic. Pairs well with roasted vegetables and stuffed portabella mushrooms.

I had no idea what goes into a high quality balsamic vinegar. There are some from Italy that are up to $200 an oz. I can't imagine any product being better than Sicily Girl balsamic vinegar of Modena Reserve. I use it to augment my salads, and combine it with olive oil dipping fresh bread. Mr. Roefaro's product is second to none!
